I placed a pickup order for a men’s blazer but arrived a day late. The customer service associate told me it had already been returned to the sales floor, and after searching, I couldn’t find it anywhere. I live 45 minutes away, so before giving up I asked Jacky Geraldo for help—and I’m so glad I did. She went above and beyond: checked the back, located the returned package, and personally brought the blazer out to me. It was out of stock in-store and unavailable online, so her persistence made all the difference. Jacky delivered the highest level of customer service I’ve experienced—professional, proactive, and truly customer-first. I had a very disappointing experience at this Kohl’s location during a simple return. I came in with items I had purchased just last week, along with my receipt, but the store manager, Elmer, treated me with unnecessary disrespect throughout the process. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he was rude and unprofessional. I ran into the same issue last week and another store manager was able to help me override the return and I didn't have any issue. Elmer purposely gave me hard time. I eventually had to call Kohl’s corporate headquarters from inside the store just to complete a basic return that should have taken a few minutes. Only after corporate intervened was the return finally processed. The corporate headquarters told me I should be able to return even if I returned 100 times previously. I’ve shopped at Kohl’s for years, but this interaction with the manager made the visit extremely stressful and unpleasant. I hope the store addresses this so other customers don’t have to go through a similar experience. I will NOT be doing any of the holiday shopping from you unless you resolve this issue.
Good selection of products at very affordable prices. The staff is friendly but their in-store pickup system is very inefficient. They only have one person manning the booth and she had to run to the back for each person picking individually. It would have been nice if she could have scanned multiple people in and brought out multiple orders at one time. I ended up waiting 20 mins to pick up a order with only 5 people on line. The store also accepts Amazon returns which is really convenient.
Angel at the Sephora was such a delight, she shade matched me PERFECTLY (I’m always in between shades) but she got it immediately! And she was extremely sweet. Will definitely be going back to shop when she’s there. Makeup shopping can be scary but she made me feel extremely comfortable!

She took her time shade matching me, explaining products, and just being super sweet the entire time.
