I've been coming here for years. Brian has always been competitive, professional, and kind.

Not only do they pay a good price for gold and silver, they have a cute shop filled with unique and fun collectibles and decorative items great for gifts.

I bought a 18k gold watch from them and they said it was brand new. It turned out it was a 20 year old watch in the original packaging and it didn't work. When I returned it they refused to refund the $2988.00 dollars they owed me. These people are con artist's beware. They lied and didn't make things right. Ultimately the credit card company investigated and refunded my money since they weren't smart enough to do it themselves. If you have a problem they accuse you of being a lier and are quite rude. Never again will they get my business.

Like others have said, the gentleman I spoke with was honest, prices were very fair. When I walked in.. the man asked what I was interested in, I told him that I was looking for coins, and that I was new at collecting. I didn't tell him that I had researched pricing before I came... all said and done, I ended up paying slightly less than what going rates were at the time.. Overall good experience, would definitely recommend Janice and Jack's

Very fair prices. However, being new to the buying gold and silver scene i was made to feel stupid and rushed when i blanked on what little knowledge i knew when trying to make a deal. Definitely will not be back. Lost a monthly repeat customer.
