Initially, the staff was great - even though Kiki pushed us to purchase a product that was more than $100 over what we told them was our max budget. We then waited more than a month without hearing back from them on an update that our daughter’s bracelet was ready for pickup. After no returned phone calls at 6 weeks, I finally called one afternoon and spoke with someone who didn’t have an update, so we just cancelled the whole order and demanded a refund. First and last time here! What a waste of time!!
I can't say enough about the Diamond Exchange! My husband and I are longtime customers and continue to return to them because of their high quality jewelry and amazing customer service. Kiki is the best! She is the utmost professional and pays attention to every detail. The Diamond Exchange designed our wedding jewelry over ten years ago and recently redesigned my two bands and engagement ring after they were lost. I just picked up the new rings and they are absolutely exquisite - thank you Kiki, Tony, George and the rest of the staff!!! My husband and I could not be happier! Iacona Diamonds is simply the best!! Tony and Michael are not only extremely professional and knowledgable but personable and care about their customers. They worked on my engagement ring with my fiance and I could not be happier with the results. I get a compliment every time I'm with someone about how beautiful it is.
