I recently went there with a load of coins in an album and some loose special coins. I thought I'd just calmly go through everything together, but the guy had it all figured out in 20 seconds, wrote something unclear on a piece of paper, and came up with a price. This amount was way off what I had in mind. I declined and left. After some research, I was able to sell my coins elsewhere for a fair price. I'll never go back there again.
Hier een aantal gulden biljetten besteld voor de verzameling. Aangezien er een kleine fout zat in mijn bestelling heb ik contact opgenomen met de winkel. Diezelfde dag nog een antwoord mogen ontvangen en een zeer prettige oplossing. Er is alles aan gedaan om de fout zo snel en zo makkelijk mogelijk op te lossen voor mij. Zeer tevreden over de geleverde producten en zeer positief verrast door de uitmuntende service die mij is aangeboden! 10/10, ik beveel deze winkel voor 100% aan.

I went there for my collection of €0 souvenir banknotes, and there were loads to choose from! They had the entire 750th anniversary collection of Amsterdam and all the other banknotes issued in the Netherlands. There's also a €2 vending machine that dispenses a random banknote! The staff were very friendly!

This shop is well located near Dam stop. They have stamps, collectible coins and notes. I bought few Van gogh stamps. They were helpful and trying to look for the stamps. However, I feel that I can get better price if I go inside city than going to main spot.
Thank you for your personal service. You were easy to find and your shop was well stocked with inventory. Prices were as expected. Great place to find fun coins to bring home to friends and family.

I had an awful experience here. I came in, excited and ready to purchase some coins from the shop of a respected name in numismatics, but was incredibly disappointed. While the coins were indeed of high quality, the whole time I was looking at coins, I felt rushed by the attendant. Multiple times he told me that he must get back to doing his work, not-so-subtly implying that I needed to get a move on. I wasn't looking at cheap coins either, so I was shocked when he said I needed to either buy some coins or leave! I was blown away but someone with such terrible customer service. I suggest everyone avoid this establishment and shop somewhere that makes you feel welcome.
I have bought quite a few coins via the online route. Excellent items at a good price and fast delivery to UK. That's why I keep coming back.
