I called and made an appointment. The lady that helped us (sorry, I didn't note her name) was very pleasant, experienced, and efficient. The prices they paid were very acceptable. The whole experience was quick and went very well indeed. I recommend them and would use them again.

Great experience, drove up with a bunch of items and Grace quickly sorted through them and took care identifying some items we sorted incorrectly. A quick agreement on the amount and a visit to the business office and we were out the door very quickly with a check. Great process and felt far more comfortable with them then pawnshop or other places I've sold silver/gold before.
