Richard and his partner are amazing! They are so friendly and helpful! Super glad to have met them today. Say hello to the adorable Wally when you walk in! The store has an endless supply of anything you could imagine! We bought a sick MCM chair and some beautiful clothes! Left crazy happy and amazed!

Lots and lots of old stuff. Seriously, they have three levels of antiques, art work, collectibles, toys, tools, and other useful things what you even know about their existence. The prices are not the cheapest, but still it's a good deal. Enjoy to walk through the time.

Great shop with many individual dealers selling on consignment. There is a lot of selection and so much to look at. This is one stop on the β€œAntique Alley” in Northwood. You’ll find shops all along this stretch of Route 4.

I stopped in to this shop a couple days ago looking for cast iron skillets. I initially found their prices reasonable and owners to be very kind. I picked out a couple pieces, and upon checkout, I found one of them cracked. They said that it wouldn’t be a problem and let me swap it out with one that wasn’t. I purchased my wares and went on my way. As soon as I got home, I found another skillet, which I paid $70 for, had a hole going through it. I didn’t expect having to do a thorough inspection on a relatively more expensive piece and missed it in the store. I immediately called the store, and the woman on the line said that I must have called the wrong store and that I must have meant their neighbor. I called the neighbor and figured out that the first store had in fact been the correct one, and I called the phone number directly on my receipt to make sure. I called back to no answer. I tried a total of 8 times at different times to no answer. Then, I tried calling anonymously (*67) and immediately got someone on the phone. I asked if there was anything we could do since I had just bought the piece, I was even okay with a trade, or anything really. The woman quickly shut me down and said that they were clear that they didn’t do any refunds and cited the language on their receipt for their no return policy. Of course, they did not tell me about their no refund policy at the time, and the receipt has no such language referring to a no return policy. I am left feeling like these people just wanted to pawn off broken and dysfunctional antiques at their highest market prices and then refuse to accept any responsibility once their duped customers wise up. If you are going to sell at fair market rates, I expect fair market product. If you are not going to accept returns for faulty products, at least work with your customers for some positive resolution to your mistakes.
