Great people and good cosmersevce

I was excited all week to have saved up some $ and figured I’d get a couple of used power tools to add to my arsenal on my day off. They have a lot of nice tools at good prices but as soon as I started to look through them and ask a friendly question the guy becomes very rude almost hostile and defensive. Just let down man. A bunch of us where I work need good batteries and tools and I can’t believe I have been talking people into going here to get stuff and I didn’t even leave with one item. Did not treat me like a paying customer . like just didn’t want my business and that’s crappy

Called to inquire about them purchasing of some government .9999 coins and Bars that do trade for $3-4 over spot price when asked for a pricing on what they are paying I was rudely interrupted. The buyer who I believe to be the owner asked what I would like for them. I was looking for a $1 over spot price or spot price before I could say spot price I was barked at and hung up on.Guessing they spend all day bulling junkies and desperate people and have no time to do business with others.The Rough old school business model is dead catch up with the times here is your ZERO rated review

Don't trust any DVDs they have! Most of them have been re-wraped to loom brand new and in unopened. I got 3 DVDs, one was okay, the other two had tons of scratches and one had a chip in the side. they didn't work at all... Very disappointed

I stopped by today to find a guitar 🎸 for my daughter, so she could start taking lessons. Tim was beyond helpful, he went out of his way to help us. My daughter and I will never forget the kindness he showed us today. Thank you so much tim!

I hate leaving bad reviews but I also like to be honest to people thinking of coming here. I will prephase with saying my first trip here was great. Unfortunately my second time was pretty awful. I collect movies because I’m a film student and I enjoy it. I got pressed by the worker because I put back some of the DVDs I decided on not getting. Normally I go through which movies I like and then decide at the end if I really want it because that’s normally what u do when u shop( or atleast I do). Now I could understand if they were organized in a way that specific and I was putting them back in wrong places ect BUT get this , they are not even organized outside of blueray - and dvd. (Besides a couple black lined DVDs that are half price.) not only did I put everything back in the right spot but I was also about to check out with what I wanted before the rude owner got upset I wasn’t buying as much as he liked. Told me I couldn’t put the stack of DVDs I wanted on the counter and I had to just look at the titles on the wall and then hinted that I was stealing didn’t want me to even touch anything. This all came out of nowhere as soon as he saw me put something back. Don’t really know why he wanted to lose buissness but what ever. I walked out I don’t support or give money to people like that. There was no issue the first time I went in and did the same exact thing I was actually told to come back and he would have more stock .. I’m probably one of the only people that actually buys the DVDs there anyways was just confusing.
