Ordered some Funko Pops online, had some issues with the order, Lets Play Hookset went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Would recommend to all.
Overall great store and I impressive inventory, however customer service could use some help. I sold some collector cards and was completely "Low-Balled" and offered literal pennies on the dollar.
Love it here.maybe a little less Funko Pops (put those in a landfill somewhere, oops, too soon?) Friendly bunch of nerds there though.
Would recommend this place to any of my friends who are in the magic cards, Pokémon cards, Comics, Retro video games ect. The employees are extremely friendly and I’ve never felt like there’s any pressure awkward conversation when just stopping by to look at things. They offer surprisingly good trade-in value for collectibles, especially if you take store credit and buy something there. Overall, a great local small business and if you’re reading this, you should absolutely stop in and see what they got.
