Yeah 1,000% would highly suggest finding somewhere else to do your business, not going to go into a crazy man of details cuz it's really not even worth my time but sold a couple coins there need to find out after the fact that I basically got ripped off, not to mention the guys only a collector he's not a dealer so if you don't have anything that he's specifically interested in and doesn't already have he's not going to buy it or is going to lowball you...
Great Local Coin Shop. Ron is fair, honest and knowledgeable. Good amount of inventory, supplies and some nice jewelry . Doubtful you will do better anywhere else for buying or selling your coins.
I called ahead to sell American Eagles and was quoted $1 under spot. When I arrived, the owner claimed the spot price was a dollar lower than the actual market rate. I even double-checked Bloomberg's spot price on my phone.... it was clear he was lying outright. I made the trip only to be misled, so I walked out. Unfair and unethical, especially when I'm trying to support a local business.
I brought a handful of silver coins by the store, the owner was very quick and offered me generous prices. I'm very satisfied!
