Have been been to the business a few times in the past three years and have been very satisfied. I went there 4/14/24, business hours were posted with closing time of 6pm. I arrived there at 5:15 pm, along with two other customers and the business was closed, yet the “Open” sign was still on. Very disappointed as I drove 40 minutes one way to get there. My final comment would be that the business should honor the hours as posted on the website.

Offered $80 an ounce for .999 silver when spot price was $102. Scumbag. Avoid at all cost. Others in the area were willing to pay $98 an ounce.

My experience there was exactly the kind you hope for when selling high value items but far too often you don't get. Not here. Glenn was fair, respectful, transparent, and straightforward offering significantly more than they did even next door. I'll be coming back for any gold or silver I sell in the area.
