BBB helped dispute my case with Shaw Academy.I think communicating through BBB puts some pressure on the company and prompts them to act more quickly. They initially refused to refund my subscription fee and offered a six-month package for free . I was able to turn that offer down through BBB and submit a second message inquiring a refund. This time it was approved. I am truly grateful for the platform BBB provides to facilitate the negotiation between business and customers.
