My favorite place in Manchester. Alot of vendors to look at. I'd say there is something here for everyone's taste. Employees are nice and helpful. I've bought several pieces of items from this store and will always come back!

I bought this lovely blue-gray bookshelf here and one of the employees, Susan, was kind enough to carry it for me from the shop to my car! The store is very large and packed with a variety of things. I would return here for the customer service alone.

I "discovered" this treasure trove establishment when my daughter...several years ago...began taking her three young children there to pick out Christmas gifts for Nana. And the treasures that now populate my home. A German WW1 gas mask: my grandsons were in their delight with flatulence phase; a beautiful vintage No5 Standard Underwood Standard Typewriter: they still urge me to write a blazing and swashbuckling tale of villians, heroes, beasts, and epic battles of good, evil, and bravery. A 19th century New York City wooden police truncheon and a vintage horse crop: since they were very young, Nana has threatened to "flog" them when they become too boisterous. My threats were met with laughter. There are so many more beloved gifts. Today Nana brought home another Elm Street treasure of her own: a beautiful old wheelchair. I was asked if I was going to put it on a porch to support a flower pot. Absolutely not! No harmful elements or geranuims for it. The chair now sits comfortably surrounded by my prints and other ecletic pieces. All of which I love. I wish I could give Antiques on Elm Street 10 or 50 stars!

I love this place. It’s such a cool unique antique store. The only downside is the prices are a bit high and one thing the store needs to stop doing is charging extra for credit cards or debit cards. This is not Covid stop doing it. It’s highway robbery. This is the only reason why I don’t go here. All the time is because every time I come here I have to carry cash because they charge a Fee for using a card.

I went into this shop today to sell a Vintage Marc Buchanan Pelle Pelle Leather Bomber. Since the jacket is a size 48 and a classic 90s piece, it’s a high-value item for collectors. I overheard the owner and an employee whispering that they "didn't know what it was." Instead of doing 30 seconds of research or asking me questions, the owner came back with a weak excuse that the jacket "smelled like smoke" to avoid admitting they were out of their depth. It’s a bit ironic to be turned down for a legitimate collector's item while watching the owner struggle to value a piece of common china for $50. I took the jacket to a specialized collector in Salem immediately after, and they happily offered me $195 on the spot. If you have items of actual value or streetwear history, skip this placeβ€”they prefer "junk" over genuine profit. πŸ˜ŒπŸ˜‰
