I really like Piedmont! The remodel a number of years ago (not sure how long) gave it a good look! I like The Harbor and the fish store. I like seeing the Ole's Shoe Repair. How cool that kind of business still exists! Gloria Dio is a neat store too. I still have to try the bistro. Lots of cool and different shops there! I remember long enough ago when Ben Franklin, the material (sewing) store, Safeway foods and the big pharmacy where the dentist is now were there! That's been a long while!
The Harbor has excellent decaffeinated coffee.
Stopped at bistro Venue for wine and dinner . Great service. Good wine and prices during happy hour. Great appetizers and dinner! Great selection and knowledgeable of gluten free needs and menu! You have to go there!
Had brunch here. Had egg sandwich it was very good. John had Biscuit and gravy. He said it was a little spicy. Devinni had the omelet special with sausage. She really liked it. It's a great place to eat.
Some fantastic shops in here. The Christian book store is wonderful.
Not a ton of parking when it gets busy here, but it's usually adequate. The piedmont Cafe is a great place to eat and a few of the little shops are also worth the stop. There's a neat little leather/shoe repair place, a pretty decent hardware store, and a haircut place. The coffee shop is pretty nice too. They had a nice Easter Bunny there the Saturday before Easter, which was cool.
