Appointment based business, however, poor scheduling. I called on a Monday, was told soonest appointment was Thursday. I verified time couple times on call since seemed like a lot of market risk for an item that's constantly changing price. Showed up on Thursday and told that I was on the book for Wednesday. Waste of time and a lot of lost future business. I'll just stick to online dealers that know what they're doing.

I showed up today not realizing I needed an appointment, but they welcomed me right in, showed me their offices and explained they just had their grand opening this week. I had some old coins I wanted looked at to get an idea of their value and was excited to purchase a little bit of gold at the same time. I feel confident in doing business here after meeting their staff and will be working with them from now on. I would highly recommend calling ahead for an appointment after seeing how busy they were today.

New place in town is just starting up. Locally owned and today was their first day open. I didn't have anything I was looking for in particular but just wanted to check it out. Aaron was helpful in letting me know what type of things they will carry and what kinda services they can offer. Sounds like he specializes in grading and can estimate you pretty close to what your metals or coins/currency are worth. Excited to see what this place brings in the future. Thank you!
