It’s fine. Many games are always down. The prize shop is very overpriced, and the cost to refill your game card is also expensive. Not great for littles. This is a once a year type visit for me.

Fun place, very expensive. 55$ for 300 credits and games are between 9 and 32 credits per play. The ticket shop is super overpriced as well... But the game selection makes up for the price... A lot of import arcades and classic 'family fun center' games and arcades... DDR too 😁

I thought the place was amazing and well maintained. I had minimal issues with using the games. There is a couple that need to be serviced or maintenance but it didn't impact my experience in any major way. My only issue during my visit was that I couldn't use the 90 minute unlimited play the same time I'm getting credits on a new card. Other than that myself and my son had a great experience playing a variety of games. It was very reminiscent of arcades in Japan.

This place is a literal dump. Several machines out of order. When I say several, I mean about half. The floor is dirty. The staff isn't friendly. They won't allow you to have a glass of water unless you buy a bottle of water, but shocker, they are OUT of bottles. They still won't give us any water in a cup. Don't waste your money. Some of the machines that don't say "out of order" just take your tickets and don't let you play. I'll add photos of the many broken machines!

In the prize shop where you cash in your tickets my daughter picked out a small Keychain stuffed animal and some cheap candy. When she went to check out the guy told her the Keychain was all she could get! He told her the price on the shelf was wrong. I went and took the price tag off the shelf and showed him what they have it posted as and he said it rings up at a different price that was nearly double! He said yeah they had the price on the shelf but nothing he could do. My daughter is now upset and I'm annoyed I spent so much money for my kids to play there only to have this man be rude and not honor a price on the shelf as advertised. How would a kid know a price would be different and have all their other stuff taken away from them and not even given an option to choose something else!!!! Worst experience ever!!!!! Round 1, failed to impress me. My visit with my family of we thought would be a fun time turned to false advertisement. Yes we had a fun time but that fun time was based over 80$ for a cheap card for overpriced credit machines. We also know games get rigged but not to the point where they give you nothing and drop everything that you saw had good grip. They overprice there prizes too when they are very cheap material. The money my family spent could have gave us a larger portion of things at a store. The prize area where you check your tickets and get your prizes all scams. There was something on the shelf that exactly said 1920 tickets so we grab it with a few other things then we get told it’s 2400 we had only enough for that so we get told to put our other stuff back. Which just know that’s messed up for an innocent child. The worker was also very rude and said he would change it but he wouldn’t fix anything, he even said it was his fault. He then walked off and made it sound like we made a big deal about it.
