This company seriously lacks concern for whether their auctioneers are honest and for customer privacy. Allowing auctioneers to see all of a customers personal information any time an item is ‘watched’ and allowing them to see our max bid so that they can bid up to it. Unacceptable. Somebody is accruing a lot of very bad karma from this! Update: HiBid now requires a $1 credit card charge for every single auction that you register for, previously this was not the case. They have also ended support for their mobile app. I don’t know what the executives at this company do all day other than have fun and pretend to be hard workers, but they seemed determine to make the service worse. Another star removed.

Supports and advertises scam auction houses. Pushes the blame of harassment marketing on to them, but still posts about their auctions on their website. Not cool. Edit: it is Bramsey Auction house that I am having problems with only hearing about them through your service. Edit2: I already called before. This is why I am leaving the review in the first place. Your agent pushed the blame onto the auction company, but you guys still list their services so you guys are just as much to blame.

HiBid is absolutely a perfect bidding platform. Love it So much. Maybe too much, lol. Just a picture of a couch pillow. Haven’t sent my other goodies up yet.

Today was my first time picking up. It was a great experience with the bidding process. I was encouraged by the variety of items available. Continue with expanding the list of items. Also, increase the frequency of available Online Auctions in my area on return or bulk buyout items. I was surprised to find something I had wanted for a while, Ducks for my Jeep Gladiator. I will be "ducking" other Jeeps!

I bid and I won 3 nights luxury hotel accommodations from Property 1 Vegas LLC! What a scam!!! The conditions of this voucher were not showed in the bid information, very bad!! Please don’t even think to bid on that kind of vouchers, it’s a scam!! Very disappointed!! Take a look the reviews from reedeemvacations!

Items are not always described as shown. Many bed frames and furniture are missing a variety of part such as legs, screws, tools. Some items are damaged and are not repackaged in a neat manner. Some boxes are torn and almost dismantled when picking up. Customer service is excellent and the staff are very nice at the Downey and Whittier location. They can improved in the quality of the items and spending a bit more time describing if missing or damaged. More pictures of the item instead of the pictures on Amazon/ Target would give buyer a better sense of the condition the item being auctioned is in.

From personal experience, I do not recommend buying from this auction house. I was scammed by Brooks Auction. Before making the wire transfer, Hibid support assured me via email that it was a legitimate company and not a scam. It turns out they disappeared with my money, and Hibid's only response was that I had to deal with the authorities They didn't help me at all with this problem; I just lost my money.
