Had a great buying experience with a gentleman name Rod Pollard at this location and a prior one at 48th location. Both purchases are exactly what I was looking for. Didn’t feel forced to make a decision and was offered a source of choices.

Terrible experience!!!! Do not go there workers do not know ANYTHING about jewelry and on top of that Chad supposedly the “supervisor” is so unprofessional . He is so rude . Save your money and go to a different pawn shop.

Had a great experience purchasing a mower from Jose at this location. He was fair and honest and gave us a great deal on a Toro mower that has been completely reliable from mowing grass to mulching leaves. Highly recommend working with Jose for any purchase or pawn!

What more can you say about this incredible place! Ann treated me like a friend and made me feel at home through the whole experience. Then to top it off, she gave me great advice and I came away with a gift that made me a hero when I walked through my doors at home. Thanks Ann and thanks to the rest of the staff too, they were all so helpful and friendly!

Been doing business with this pawn shop for over 4yrs they have made it easier for me to buy and take care of things giving me calls and a heads up when something is due and ideas of other ways to get things done and paid when I enter I get greeted by ann and Chad that work at this location. They give pretty good customer service and show me of other items around the store I may be interested in purchasing. There good people to work with when entering the store

My husband and I stopped in the other day to check out some gold crosses for his chain. All though we did not find what we were looking for Ann was so kind to mention all of our options to make a purchase if we did find something, or if we wanted to sell anything. We are definitely going to be back regularly looking for that little something for his chain. And I notice I really need a new (to me) bracket. Ann said I could trade up from the one I have. Thanks Ann for all your help and I will be seeing you again this next week because I'm sure I will find something I like. Great store and the people were happy to be there to help. Love that part.

Came in on a whim just to view some coins and currency. Chad was helpful in directing me exactly to where I needed to go and made sure to let me know if I needed anything further he could assist me. Man seems very knowledgeable about this topic and happy to help. Prices seemed fair, although I didn't end up buying anything today; I plan on coming back every once in a while to see what they do have. The rest of the place looked organized and they had a wide array of products available across the shop.
