Ring shopping can be very stressful, but Chana was incredibly patient and kind. She kept our budget in mind the entire time and gave me ample options to choose from. She’s extremely knowledgeable And when we showed up at 5 PM, she didn’t bat an eye, even though it was close to closing. We had such a fun experience at Zorells and will continue to go back. The customer service at Zorells was fabulous. I came in knowing the ring design I was looking for and the staff worked as a team to get me exactly what I wanted. The special order rings came in within two weeks and again, the customer service was amazing! I brought in two rings to be repaired and the price for repair was cheaper at Zorells than at the store I bought them. They even wrapped the two rings I was giving as gifts. I am definitely giving all my future jewelry business to Zorells!
