Ashley was kind, patient and knowledgeable. She answered our questions in detail which made it easy for us to understand what was being done every step of the way. Ashley has great customer service skills.

Great Service, respectful, and very knowledgeable. I knew very little about coin collecting and inherited a small collection. They spent over 30 minutes walking me through what I had without charging me anything. I have a wider understanding of coins, especially silver coins, and I'll be returning to MinDak for future transactions.

Not a great experience! Unfortunately, the person whom assisted me has very, very little knowledge of antique gold jewelry. Could definitely identify anything modern, but vintage has no clue! Left here and cashed out with someone who would actually test my jewelry!

I went in to this gold dealer last week after a friend recommended them, and honestly it was a pretty good experience. The staff wasn’t pushy at all and answered my questions without making me feel rushed. Their pricing seemed fair compared to a couple other places I checked, and they had a decent selection of coins and small bars. I’m not a big investor or anything, so I appreciated that they explained things in simple terms. The shop was clean and felt safe too. Overall, I left feeling comfortable with my purchase and wouldn’t mind coming back if I decide to buy more later on.
