Lady in there is the most disrespectful person I've ever dealt with. If I could them - star I would 1 star is way to high of rating for this place. I don't think you could pay me to go into this place with this lady there. I walked in looking for morgans and 2 young kids came in with some coins I sat for 10 min waiting for service while she helped these young men out as she screamed at them for bringing coins in to see if they were silver. Well guess what thats your job claiming she's owner and this and that. So I waited finally got help wanted to bargin on some coins cuz she was a little high she threw a fit and was very rude. I asked if she had any interest in taking a look at what I had told me to come back when Rick was there well shows how important you are acting like the big bad wolf when truly all your doing is driving business away hope you learn a good lesson and your business folds cuz you'll never catch me in your store again if she's any part of it hope the older Gray haired lady gets kicked out of this place for good.

I love how the people that work there must actually think that gold jewelry won’t be magnetic. Pure gold is not magnetic, which everyone knows, but they seem to think that a magnet on a piece of jewelry, especially jewelry below 24 karat, is a way to show it isn’t gold. Just be honest and say you don’t take jewelry that isn’t marked 24 karat. I did bring a 24 karat jewelry piece in and it was painted with a metallic enamel, and marked Au 24k on the back and the lady said it wasn’t gold. I wouldn’t let these people rip you off or disrespect your “lack” of knowledge as the big gal told me. Lol

First time in here and I was treated with respect. Amanda took care of me and explained the different pricing levels for what I was selling. Even showed me a couple of things I got online were fakes. The reader laid out the metal content and even showed me the box they had of like items. My only concern was they lower than what the actual spot price was for today. I understand they need to make money and I was prepared to accept a lower price. One item I just wouldn't sell because it was way under what it was worth. Do your own research and come prepared to work out a price you can live with. It's nice to have a local place to buy/sell your gold, silver, and other collectibles. Most places i found online don't want to deal with smaller transactions.
