Talking about they don't give price over the phone
Great place
Terrible customer service. They give no prices over the phone so when you get there they rip you off and don’t even give you close to what something is worth. Shady place stay away! Take your business and your money somewhere else!
Don’t waste your time going to this pawn shop the guy that runs the place is very rude if you ask to look at something he ask for your id then when you get your id back he lays it on the counter instead of handing it back to you and not to mention the amount of clutter in the store
USA Pawn is hands down the best pawn shop I’ve been to. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, fair prices, and a clean, well-organized store with a great selection of electronics, tools, jewelry, and more. They made the process quick and easy whether you’re buying, selling, or pawning, and were completely honest and upfront with their offers. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their service. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to do business.

Horrible place of business! This place need to learn some manners! I was looking at a microwave today and noticed a few of the buttons did not work on it, the man here tested them out himself to make sure what I said was valid and he noticed that they did not work either but instead of acknowledging that he tried to convince me that the “microwave wouldn’t work if those buttons were on”. Whatever that means. I was polite the entire process and he just responded rudely saying “Forget it” smh. Horrible attitude!
