I live in California and purchased a gun from them online through gunbroker. I talked with Chris and he was very helpful. They had the gun for auction, it was a gun i was looking for, for a while and asked them if they would end the auction to sell it to me. Chris agreed. Then called them and got everything worked out very easy. After giving all my info, my fiancé kind of gave me a scare suggesting i could be getting scammed. With that in mind i kind of started to stress and freak out a little bit. I then began to ask multiple questions (due to my paranoia) and Chris handled all my questions very professionally. Picked up the gun a couple days ago and it looks even better than in the pictures. Gave it a good cleaning and am looking forward to shooting it within the next day or so. Very happy with this company, my purchase, and the gun. I appreciate everyone involved. Definitely recommend.

Bought a wedding set from this location. Was looking to get some information about the previous owner to transfer the warranty on the Rings from Jared into my name. Even offered to give the owner of the pawnshop the number and manager’s information at Jared to reach out to them to keep it private. Unwilling to work with you once they got your money for a simple task. If this simple task is to much I can only imagine what else is going wrong behind the scenes. Clearly they must be sketchy about something if such a simple task is a problem. I don’t plan on doing business with them again. I’m waiting/assuming these sets are probably fake or stolen property. Or why else would we not wanna be respectful or helpful to what was gonna be a returning customer.

I’d avoid it they had no knowledge for the guns I had a gun I don’t care about selling or the offer she just had zero clue on the gun. And it’s gun no even made anymore it’s more of the fact I called told them what gun it was all the details if they’d be interested in it she made me waste my time saying yeah they were interested to drive from Asheboro to there. So honestly avoid it zero knowledge on it.

Good people and I can say that as I'm a pawnbroker also. Set up is nice. Smells good. Not junky. People are nice! Owner is nice guy. His workers are cool. I enjoy visiting. Go see them if you want service with a smile.

Chris and his team are excellent and truly put the customer first. I know this as I bought from him online and had an issue and he immediately made sure I was taken care of. He made sure i got what i had wanted, not what was good for his business. Chris sent a partial refund on an item that was not in proper working condition, he didn't just shut the door on me and say sorry its sold as it, this goes a very long way and should for every customer, once again, I cannot thank Chris and his team enough for their patience with me in getting this issue fixed.
