This is for store 10 at 2657 appliance Blvd in Raleigh. I want to give a special shout-out to the store manager Mr. Larry. He is the true definition of customer service and I know he's an awesome man to work with and to have in management. I've been dealing with store 10 for quite awhile and Everytime I need anything, Mr. Larry is always there to accommodate me. He is very understanding of someone's life and very easy to talk to. Mr. Larry is one of the best managers I ever met as long as I've been a customer with Picasso and I've been one for many years. Braulio is amazing! He helped us out today with focused and knowledgeable service. We came in for a gaming console for my husband's birthday and he helped us verify it worked, worked with us on price due to our budget, and switched out a non working controller for us after we checked everything out.
