Carolyne makes shopping for jewelry fun! She knows what I like, and I value her opinion. Carolyne has many years of experience in gemology and is very knowledgeable. I also think she has wonderful taste. Carolyn is a definite asset to Perry’s! The entire staff at Perry’s is always so nice and welcoming!

Sarah is so amazing!!! Every time I come in to shop with her it’s a no pressure feeling!! She makes sure I am getting the best quality in everything item I purchase. She has made it a point to know the items I would pick out for my self and what I do not care for. Sarah is well knowledge and I would highly recommend her to everybody.

I had an amazing experience with Julia today while searching for my engagement ring and band. She helped me choose the perfect one for me. It is absolutely stunning and her experience and knowledge shown throughout our time spent together. Julia made this such a fun and exciting day for me. She will definitely be our family’s Jewel expert again in the future. Thank you Julia at Perry’s Southpark for helping to make my dreams come true!

I needed an in house appraisal for a diamond ring and called allover town and even stopped in a few spots before calling Perry's. I was treated rudely by one major family owned jeweler even after calling and being told they would be happy to take a look at my ring and tell me what I had. Once there, I was told to sit down and someone would get back to me. After 15 mins, the staff person(sales associate, IDK) brought me a piece of paper with a low ball price for the ring. I wasn't even trying to sell it!!! They wouldn't tell me anything else even though that was what I was told on the phone they would help me with. I never even met the appaiser. Needless to say, I left quickly. I found Perry's via Google and Wow - what lovely people! From my phone call with Jennifer scheduling an appraisal appointment to walking in the door, all were very personable! Even the security fella! Jennifer was kind, knowledgeable, so friendly, welcoming and complimentary too. I received my expert evaluation and paperwork for insurance purposes in an hour, as well as answers about the value of my ring. I highly recommend Perry's and plan to visit again soon to check out the estate jewelry. Thank you for restoring my faith!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Amanda. I had been communicating with her for weeks, and from the beginning she truly understood what I was looking for and never disappointed. She was incredibly patient and understanding, especially since I wasn’t sure when I’d be able to make the two-hour drive to see the rings in person. On Christmas Eve, my husband surprised me and we made the tripand it was more than worth it. Not only did Amanda have the ring I had been considering, she also showed me another one that I instantly fell in love with and couldn’t resist. To make the experience even better, my ring was resized the very same day, which was truly impressive. Thank you to Amanda and the entire amazing team for such outstanding service. This was a memorable and joyful experience from start to finish.

I always enjoy visiting Perry’s jewelers. Extremely fine Jewelery many unusual pieces in addition to making me feel most welcome. Lisa assisted me in the addition of diamonds and sapphires in a dragon cane handle. My taste in Jewelery can sometimes be over the top to the point of Garish . Lisa demonstrated patients and taste in assisting me in the dragon handle transformation. I can summarize my experience as simply wonderful. The stones placed in the eyes and nostrils were set with perfection. Gus is a marvelous, artistic jeweler! Another associate, Carolyn, has assisted me in the past and also deserves a positive mention. Five stars seems inadequate to reflect my satisfaction with Perry’s jewelers! I give them a solid six!

Perry’s was exactly the experience my fiancé and I wanted while shopping for our wedding bands. (We are 32 and 34 years old for reference.) This place was recommended by many on Reddit which is what lead us here initially. We were looking for a great selection, nice and knowledgable person who could guide us (especially for women’s rings since they are more detailed than a plain men’s band), and great prices. We spent the evening with Lisa who was PHENOMENAL. She was so kind right from the start and immediately her expertise showed. She let me know which rings were mostly likely not the best choices because they would scratch my engagement ring and hurt the integrity of the prongs over time. She also was able to provide great style suggestions that paired super well with my ring and could pick up on my style of ring that I wanted relatively quick. We narrowed it down to two amazing rings (both which were actually pre owned estate pieces) and I ended up going with a very unique gold band. There was a great selection of rings here and it was exciting to see some older pieces (that still had a lot of life left in them for me to wear). This was the best ring shopping experience I’ve had and we have been to at least 4-5 ring stores. The family owned element was nice as well. Definitely check this place out if you’re shopping for any kind of jewelry!
