Good Service!

There was a mistake in theordering process, and they quickly took care of the problem. Great merchant!

I am happy with the products that I received and the overall experience with MCM. They appear to be genuinely interested in providing good service to their customers.

There was an issue with my original purchase on eBay and MCM cancelled and refunded my order. I called them directly and they worked with me to secure a similar product at a discounted price for the inconvenience. I would absolutely look to work with them again.

Currently every order that I have placed with you has been great customer satisfaction on my part. Always on time with delivery and product description accurate. Will continue to order from you as the need arises.

Good prices and MCM's customer service has been first rate. Everyone I have ever spoken with has been extremely helpful. Amy, in particular, has exemplified this.

Not sure how to rate Modern Coin, they took the order nicely, then they received the wire/funds. Its now been two weeks and no goods. I called and they indicated it might take a month to deliver. No reason for that long, not even sure they will deliver.
