The owner was very nice and did a great job fixing my bracelet, necklace, and cleaning my watch. I thought the watch needed to be fixed but he let me know I could just wind it for it to work instead of charging me for something I didn’t know. I appreciate this so much and from now on I will be going here for all of my jewelry and watch needs!

Rachid was great and very personable! We had a couple good laughs while chatting :) He sized and took links off my Seiko watch while I waited. It only took about 10 mins. There were 4 other customers that came in while I waited and he was very nice to everyone. His jewelry shop AND the work area he does repairs is super clean and very presentable. The place was really well lit and the jewelry displayed was beautiful.

Great experience!! Needed the clasp on my necklace replaced, and they got it done in like 30 minutes. He quoted me a fair price, ended up charging me a little less than originally said which was kind, and was super friendly. Would recommend!
