Very satisfied with my beautiful dark red pendant heart. I got to pick out the color, and size. Communication was great, all my questions were answered in a timely manner. Very well made pendant, I’m sure that it will last my lifetime and then some. I put my pendant on and have not taken it off since I have received it. The order was placed a month before it was needed. I was assured it would arrive on time. A week before the agreed time I reached out to be told it would be ready. When the ring didn't arrive on time I contacted the seller. He blamed shipping when in fact he missed the deadline and didn't ship it until the day it was promised. The ring arrived 3 days after the deadline. The craftsmanship is of the lowest quality. The silver was tarnished in that it wasn't polished. It looks incredibly cheap. I’ve had two pieces custom made ( a stone necklace and a spoon ring) and both have been excellent quality, very quick turnaround for custom made items, and matched their descriptions.
