Had an absolutely delightful experience with Edward at Carolina Coins and Gold! Went in last week with a pile of old jewelry and coins and Edward took the time to go through each piece, explained what to look for and what to avoid, showed my friend and I how to test pieces, and even shared a bunch of stories & laughs with us during our 2 hour visit (we had a LOT of items to get through). Absolute waste of time. With gold and silver at record highs, this shop is insulting people with offers 30% under spot. The kid behind the counter was armed, had a terrible attitude, and tried to tell me my silver was worth less than what every other reputable dealer quoted.
