I visited their shop not too long ago and had a great experience. I noticed it was busy but was greeted by an older gentleman once I got inside. I met Ann and she is the sweetest! I had never been to this business before, so maybe the experience I had is not typical. I found a ring in an antique store and wanted to see if there is any value to it, so went in and not one person working there said anything. No hello, be with you in a moment, nothing...with the current economic state, I would think a business would try to make a good impression. Not friendly at all to people of color. I was not greeted upon entering. I stood for about 5 minutes before walking out of the door. I do not recommend this business at all. Three workers, young gentleman, middle age gentleman, older women all whom were behind the counter. Engaged with whites ignored the woman of color.
