Absolutely wonderful experience selling some old jewelry. I received 35% more than a jeweler offered in Wake Forest 30 minutes prior. Honest, straightforward, and zero hassle.

I had a very disappointing experience with their customer service. They consistently try to lowball customers, offering far less than fair value. You’re better off selling your items online or taking them to a pawnshop. Capital Coins and Jewelry LLC seems to undervalue everyone who walks in.
