John was fantastic. He worked very well with my attorney to get what I perceive was a well researched and fair report on my mother's personal property for probate purposes. He was up front about his methods and while he ended up going over his initial estimate it was because he put in a lot more time with my attorney making sure everything was exactly as needed to satisfy the court.
