Not that great.
I recently contacted Yellowstone Pawn through their online messaging system several times, but received no reply. When they finally did respond, I was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism. They told me to take my business elsewhere, which I found incredibly disappointing and disrespectful. As a potential customer, I expect a certain level of courtesy and professionalism, and unfortunately, Yellowstone Pawn fell far short of this. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.
This is THE best pawn shop in Billings. I went to three different stores looking for a specific item and it wasn’t until Yellowstone Pawn did I strike gold. Upon telling Blaine and Andrew what I was looking for, they worked like wizards magically conjuring what I needed. One phone call and 20 minutes later, they had three (yes three!) of an item several other shops failed to have. I was impressed beyond words. Best yet, I knew my money was going to good people. After exploring their thoughtfully curated store (they specialize in beaded items and handmade Native American art), I had a great, memorable conversation and left with a smile. Take my advice, go here first, skip the rest. You won’t regret it!
Such a great experience, it’s not only a pawnshop but is also a trading post! The employees are knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend coming to check them out!
Mostly native american regalia, tips, teas, beads, beadwork, etc loved it!
For a pawn store to not take ipads, fitbits, and even consoles is pretty crazy especially when I only needed a 100$.... would of easily payed it back plus interest. They seem to be doing OK though just dont bother with electronics if you need to pawn stuff. Also answer your phone, could of saved yourself this review and my time.
