I entrusted the engraving for my parents' urns to whoever was picked out by Franzen-Davis Funeral Home . . . I was most fortunate that they picked Silver and Pewter Gifts to do the "very special" engraving for this very important task (as all engraving orders are!) . . . thank you for doing such a beautiful job . . . perfect, in EVERY way!

Wow! We order a baby frame with some engraving and were extremely pleased with the experience. We ordered over the web on a Thursday and we received in across the country on Monday. Engraving was perfect and we couldn't be more satisfied.

This has been a terrible jewelry experience. I bought a ring for a cost that I wouldn’t expect to turn my finger green considering it doesn’t even have a fine finishing. I wore the ring for maybe an hour and it turned my finger greener than any piece of jewelry I’ve worn before. I’ve been to the location probably six time and my fiancé 3. Only one of those for each of us she was there. Told us it is store credit only if it’s been worn. That is a trick so that if your customer is unhappy you can keep their money and resell the original item for the same price. I usually wear a fist full of rings but I didn’t when I went in and was talked to like an unintelligent customer who knew nothing about silver. I haven’t felt more swindled by a small business.

Unfortunately I've had a terrible experience with this company. I wanted to support a small family owned business, so I decided to purchase from Silver and Pewter Gifts. I did not receive what I ordered, and after more than a month and a half of going back and forth and many excuses, I was assured that they would be making things right. I did not hear from them in weeks, and I reached out. As of this message I have not heard back in a month. It's beyond frustrating, and do not recommend buying from them.
