Best pawn shop ive ever seen in the valley area. They negotiate on ANY item in the store. Very helpful and friendly. New inventory comes out daily. You never know what you will see or find to buy. Fair on pawn prices and they offer layaway no interest. What a great outfit.
They were so rude!!!!! The one guy with the tattoo on his hand had no respect for customers at all. He was very rude to me and didn't even negotiate with me. He took one look and just brushed it off. My one knife he gave my husband $30 and only offered $7 for mine! Same knife different color!!! Will NEVER give this company business again!
Horrible service. they told me over the phone that they take t.v and then when i went to go pawn my t.v they said they never told me that and I must have gotten the information mixed up
went there on saturday and they had multiple people. they kicked me out at 1 because they were going to lunch? who closes because there going to lunch. how do you retain business? made me feel very uncomfortable.
The people here are amazing! They have given me great deals that keep me coming back. Dominic has been awesome to deal with and has sold me some quality stuff, offered a protection plan with things I been unsure about buying, taken the time to test things out, answer my questions, and has given me great deals when I have sold things. Highly recommend him and the people here to do business with! Definitely will continue to come here!
