As others have said, they low ball hard. We were offered $10 for a fly fishing rod that had barely been touched, and the guy said that the price was "mainly due to the amount of fishing rods that they already had". He could've just told us that they weren't looking to carry any more rods, but he chose to insult us with that price instead. It felt disrespectful. We will never try to do business with them again.
Update as of 6/25/25: I have zero issues with any of the employees besides Silas. Everyone else is awesome. Silas has a big problem with low balling people. I've brought the same item up multiple times, everyone else gives me a decent price, Silas, will offer 5-15 dollars lower. I bought a PS4 game from this establishment. Have played it maybe 3 times. I take really good care of my games, put it into the system, put back in the case. But somehow that same game that I purchased from GNP, and have barely used, is too scratched from them to give a loan on. (I brought multiple games up) and guess who said its too scratched, Silas. Admittedly that game is scratched, it came that way when i bought it as is..and it still works...crazy how that happens huh. 🤔 Update: Called up to make sure they would accept a Rice Cooker that has never been used. They said they did. Drove up here to sell it and they wouldn't take it. Guess who helped me...Silas. Maybe yall shouldn't tell someone that you accept an item if you dont.

These guys are super fair and really dang nice, I would come back. It was like bsing with buddies when I was buying my bike. Sometimes pawnshops feel kind of sketchy, but this one was pretty laid back. I’ll be back! You guys are awesome!
