A rinky dink outfit that loans the lowest and can't answer the phone
I have a done business with daddy o pawn for years. Transactions were smooth on gun sales. He is knowledgeable and friendly. I get an honest opinion from him and I respect that. He is a veteran and I have great respect for veteran owned businesses. Thanks for the years of good service.
Despite buying a brand new 308 and it having a lot of factory deffects, (this a factory issue not the retailers fault) daddy O's got me taken care. The customer service was awesome and Daddy O's was right on top of getting it taken care of getting me satisfied. Currently the firearm is being shipped back to its manufacturer and i will be receiving a new one hopefully within the mext 2 months. Thank you for getting me taken care of and super fast at that. I will be buying all my new fire arms from this dealer from now on.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I called ahead of time to ask if they take silver. The guy I spoke to on the phone said they do. I drove all the way down there and then they tell me they don’t take silver and sent me to another pawn shop called express pawn. I drove over to express pawn for them to look at my necklace and they only offered me $5 on a $90 silver necklace. Express pawn told me Daddy O Pawn sent my necklace to Express Pawn because Daddy O Pawn did not want to deal with me as a customer. Treat your customers better!! I do not recommend anyone wasting time trying to sell here.
I brought my son in this morning because he likes bargain hunting. I was greeted immediately walking in the door. One of the guys asked if there was something specific I was looking for. They unfortunately didn’t have anything my son was looking for but made several recommendations. While my son was cruising the isles I took notice of a few firearms. Had they accepted credit cards I would have purchased. I will be back to buy the two firearms I wanted. In short, customer service was good and the two gentlemen I interacted with were nice and professional.
very knowledgeable when it comes to firearms have bought 3 from them and are always in great condition. have even been extremely helpful when i change my mind about something i had JUST picked up from them. 10/10 in my opinion
