Rude and pretentious
The last time I came in to sell some lower end gold I had it was not at all a good experience , after looking at the gold and giving it a weight they offered me less than half of it's worth. They also did not want to tell me the weight. They were not at all very friendly in this last visit . I will take my gold and silver elsewhere next time.
Great Customer Service! Needed a few links removed from a watch that I brought in. It was quick and easy and they handled it with grace. They have also been great anytime in the past I've been selling old gold/coins/jewelry. Check them out! Wonderful people!
I've sold silver here, as well as utilized their silver and jewelry repair. Everything has been great! An antique sterling silver spoon I cherish was put through the garbage disposal and I was shocked at how great it came out after being repaired! I just lost a small diamond in my wedding ring and they repaired it quickly and beautifully. I told the owner I've been looking for silverware and she even brought some out, remembering I had inquired previously, for me to look through! I will continue to use this business!

Started buying silver eagles and bullion here last year. Always been fair on pricing. I've dealt with several of the employees and they always have been friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to answer my questions. They are also much cheaper than buying online like Apmex and don't have to wait for shipping. They always check live spot prices when they sell which is great and only a few dollars over spot. Haven't sold here yet but I'm sure they would be easy to sell to. Parking is my only complaint as it's usually full on the street and may have to drive around a few time to find a decent spot but thats no fault of their own.
