Mr Randy had great customer service. He explained everything about the warranty, how the points work, if the system doesn’t work and I bring it back I can get another one and if they don’t have another one they’ll give me a store credit of the price I paid and I can choose something else in the store if it’s less the remaining balance stays on my account until the next time
