Scratched Electronic Screen They either damaged my perfect condition screen on my electronic or swapped the screen and back plate to put on one they have for sale. As soon as I can find my original box with the serial info and it turns out they did, I'm going to the police. Either way stay away from this place please. Now I have to spend 100s to fix it back to normal.

If I could give a 0 I would!!! This place is a joke. They won't take nothing unless it's new in a box. I use to love this place but over the last year they don't seem to take anything and they need to hire people that have better people skills. I wouldn't waste your time even going to this place!!

I have spent thousands at this store within the past 90days I bought a ps5 digital and the machine has been overheating since I got it told I would have to get it fixed on my own which could cost 100-200$ I paid 375$ I could have bought a brand new ps5 with a warranty for that price bad buisness will never shop here again

LET ME BE CLEAR ABOUT THIS SHOP! After reading the reviews, I decided to check it out for myself. I buy gold and silver for a living, but I went in acting as a regular customer with no knowledge of gold. I brought in over 3 ounces of mixed gold jewelry. The younger guy who helped me immediately looked at my gold with a stink eye and dismissed it as “CRAP GOLD” and “SHOT GOLD.” He then passed it off to an older man behind the counter, who was mumbling to a lady and—judging by the looks and tone—was making fun of me. Here’s the big red flag: they used D.W.T. (pennyweight) instead of grams. Any time a pawn shop talks in pennyweight, RUN—they’re trying to confuse customers. Their offer? $3,500 for everything. I laughed inside, because I knew I’d never sell at that price. They questioned why my jewelry had tags on it. I explained that I tag everything with karat, weight, and cost for tracking. They laughed and told me it was “better to throw it all in a pile.” Then came the kicker—they told me I was a “nobody,” that no refinery would take me as a customer, and that I needed to sell to them, the pawn shop owner. Little did they know I already work directly with a very respectable refinery in Florida that pays me fair value. This place… well, you can figure it out.
