Very rude and offered to pay about 10% less than spot for coins that should have been paid over spot. Sell your coins elsewhere!

Used them for the first time to sell some sports cards and paper currency at a card show. I believe they gave me an extremely fair offer, and he explained how he got to the offer. Will definitely use them in the future.

Nice guy working at a desk...he must have been the boss because he was giving orders to the others. Told the employees twice to wait on me. I was fine looking at their Morgans on my own. He asked me what I was interested in and I told him. No luck today but that's fine. It was in sort of a corner of a run down strip mall that nobody else was occupying in the center of town. Google Maps took us straight to it but it could be tough to find otherwise. Shady looking character walked in after I did and the employees were on him with quick "Can I help you's?" They didn't do that with me so it was obvious I didn't seem a problem. I kept an eye on the guy as did the security guard with the ankle holster. Everybody was nice there and they had a nice selection other than what I was looking for. I walked out to my truck and kept an eye on my back for that guy. He walked out apparently with no problems about the time I started my own truck. We had no issues but the sketchy area with some sketchy people around didn't help my feeling of security until I was in my truck. I was packing enough cash for a substantial purchase at the time and no personal protection on me but a pocket knife. Beside that guy there were others walking about in the area, some homeless and one with definite issues waving wildly in the street. No problem with the store.

Was quoted a fair price over the phone, only to have it dropped significantly 30 minutes later when I brought my items in. The associate possibly misspoke when I called, but I had written the quote down and I am fairly confident I recorded it correctly. I understand that as a brick and mortar store, they have overhead to account for, so I was already expecting payout pricing to be below spot prices. To further the frustration, I found out after returning home that I had 4 silver dimes go missing after going through their counting machine (counted twice before bring them in, and twice after). This could be an error with their machine, but definitely furthered my frustration with this visit. I enjoy coin collecting as a hobby, not solely as a source for income so this was fairly disappointing from a hobbyist perspective. I understand this is not a huge loss, but I've learned my lesson and will not return to this shop. I would recommend JM Bullion (online) as an alternative that payed me significantly higher for my items (over 20% more) without the risk.
