This store is great! The staff is super knowledgeable, the prices are more then fair, and they seem to have everything I want to buy. The owner is a super nice guy as well.

I heard about this place from a friend because I have a few hundred Pokémon cards and they told me I should take them there to get them checked out. Staff was super patient very helpful and explained everything every step of the way. We now go once a month from Mobile just to check out new merch. And see what kinda of great deals we can get !!!!

The place look great and they have a lot of options to buy good Pokémon boxes but the customer service was the worst I’ve seen in a long time Very unwelcoming Female worker with green hair very dry attitude almost like she didn’t want us there. Follow up after response My concern is about customer treatment, not the job itself. I felt uncomfortable due to how I was treated during my visit, and that experience is what I was sharing. As a card collector, I was excited to visit the store. However, the way I was treated by the employee made the experience uncomfortable and ultimately ruined what should have been a positive visit,and I was hoping this was a rare event but after seeing other reviews it seems like an ongoing thing.

Amazing service all the staff are engaging and will talk with you about sets and cards all day ripping packs in store is always fun Trinity Chandler and Alyson are some of the most engaging workers there one of my favorite trading card stores to shop at and they always make the store better and consistently update things
