Been pawning here for a few months, went back to get my jewelry and it was missing a diamond, management acts like it was missing beforehand with pictures that they took after they removed the diamond. Worst pawn shop ever! I recommend never to come here!
Visited this store today waited 20 minutes at the jewelry cash never got helped. They were more interested in low balling a customer on a window AC unit. I left and went down the street to American Pawn &Gun. Walked in received immediate assistance.

This is the second time I’ve brought in something to sell. Both times they offered more than other pawnshops. I checked two others both times for a total of 4 shops (one on Mobile and three locally). Very friendly, very professional and explained exactly why he gave the price he did. As we continue to downsize I see no reason to compare any more.
