Was greet by your always friendly people thinking my watch needed a new battery. During the process of replacing the battery the watch repair noticed there were some additional settings that needed attention sonI left the watch to take care of the problems. The timepiece is now working as expected.

Love Pav & Broome been using them for 20+ years. The only place I trust with my jewelry. Just purchased the two bands on each side of my other ring. Had them soldered together they were turning on my finger. They were all purchased from Pav& Broome

Can't rate high enough. 😀 I took my wristwatch to Pav & Broome for some significant repair work and restoration. The price quoted was actually less than what I had been led to believe based off of my own research, which was a pleasant surprise. The turnaround time they quoted was on-par with the work I requested, so I was fully prepared to be without my wristwatch until the end of the year. Not even 5 days after dropping it off, Pav & Broome contacted me and let me know it was ready! They beautifully repaired and restored my wristwatch, and in plenty of time for me to wear it for Christmas. Pav & Broome gets 5 stars from me only because I can't rate any higher. 😁

Took my engagement ring to them for resizing and prong replacements. Ring is more than 50 years old and they took amazing care of it. Ring came back with more sparkle than I have ever seen it have! Highly recommend

The times I have come in have been for simple maintenance service. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I was expecting to have to drop off some items to have work done and they were able to accomplish it in 10 minutes. This level of service makes shopping local enjoyable.

Suzanne was absolutely wonderful. I went in hoping to find a Rolex but like most other authorized dealers there were none available. However, Suzanne patiently showed me watches and other nice jewelry that was available. While I didn’t get a watch I was able to leave with a nice gift for my girlfriend. I look forward to doing business with Suzanne in the future. Great company, great jewelry, great service.

I came in looking for a few items to commemorate my wife’s and my 20th anniversary, and the experience exceeded all expectations. I ended up registering for a Rolex and purchased some beautiful new rings for my wife to pair with her wedding ring. Vanessa was absolutely outstanding—she was extremely helpful and helped us find rings that perfectly complemented what my wife already had. The team also generously offered to clean my wife’s existing engagement ring, and during the process they discovered a few loose diamonds, which they were able to repair. Once cleaned and repaired, the original rings looked amazing alongside the new ones. The attention to detail, honesty, and customer care truly stood out. Overall, it was an awesome experience from start to finish, and I definitely look forward to continuing to use Pav & Broome as my go-to-jeweler
