I went to bring my engagement ring I recently got from my partner to be resized since he proposed to me recently. Prior to bringing it in, I was staring at it for a good while and noticed it wasn’t shiny and sparkling. We went in, got my size, waited a week and a half, and I finally got her back. The first thing I noticed was how amazingly it fits and the shine. I had tiny tears but I was captivated on beautiful and shiny she became. Thank you so much Miss Nelly, I had a wonderful time talking and getting to know you. Will definitely be doing future businesses with you. (First pic is the final resize and cleaned. My husband bought two rings for me at Izaboc Fine Jewelry and i am very satisfied. OMG. . They are so beautiful and sparkle like crazy 😍😍😍. They sparkled more than my old rings. High quality diamonds and great price. Ms Nelly was really amazing. She took time to answer all of my questions and didn’t mind to share her vast knowledge about diamond. Overall, she was one of my favorites and definitely I will go back to see her in the future.
