Spent almost $200 there on a bracelet. Tried to bring it back to resize it in the middle of the week. Not a single customer there and both workers told me it would be at least 2 hours before I could get it done. One was eating a sandwich. One was on Snapchat. Least professional jeweler I’ve ever seen. Definitely would not recommend.
Have used this jeweler for everything from new design (using my own drawing) to repair, as well as diamond replacement. It’s worth the drive to the mall to get great service. They’re very experienced and know their stuff! Cost is comparable to other shops.
The owner here is very arrogant and pushy. He tries everything to sell his products, and honestly, I feel like a lot of the items are overpriced. Not the kind of place I’d want to shop again.
Had a great experience and both of these stores in edgewater mall - they were very helpful each visit and was quick to help me each time. On this visit i brought a wide herringbone necklace
Best prices around. Was out of silver. So I still bought. Had to order and was delivered within 2 weeks at the price i paid on that day. Easy transaction. Great service.
