A buddy went in to sell some scrap gold. The value at market spot was $983. These hucksters offered him $75. Seller beware.

Ignorance at its finest. Wrote me off and tried to rip me off on my silver. For one. said one of my items was fake. It’s been authenticated by an auction house and it’s clearly not fake. But oh well plenty of other pawn shops that have more than half a brain Update I sold that piece for 330 on eBay in less than 12 hours of posting. I was looking for half that at DADS. But they were uninformed and unwilling to engage.

I came in not knowing what to expect but Chris's professional knowledge and charisma helped me find exactly what I needed. A comfortable holster for myself, a gift for a friend, a power bank! This place is as convenient as Walmart and as cool as a candy shop!

I love this place! Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to sell a weapon to them and have them order one I wanted to buy that wasn't in stock. Process only took about 3 days.

I went to Dad’s Super Pawn in Gulfport to purchase a Trijicon SRO on Wednesday, January 7, 2025 at approximately 1700 hours. The double-chinned, blonde, Justin Bieber- hair balding DEI-hire teenager sales clerk offered to mount the optic on my $2,000 2011 competition pistol. During installation, the clerk stripped the mounting screws. The optic and screws were brand new, and I had not previously installed or touched them. When the issue occurred, the clerk stated that “Trijicon screws always need to be replaced,” which I think he meant he improperly torqued or overtightened them during installation rather than a manufacturer defect. This was disappointing, especially considering the value of the firearm and optic. I’ve spent over $10k at this store in the last 3 years, which I understand isn’t a lot… but it’s been my favorite FFL since moving here. Additionally, the clerk’s behavior was unprofessional. He repeatedly made jokes that were unnecessary and came across as obnoxious rather than helpful. This is not the first time. The first time I met this teenager, he told me that he thought my name was some other Asian name like Hung (he was making a joke about my very Asian middle name). I came in expecting a smooth purchase and professional installation and instead left with damaged hardware. I would strongly recommend that customers either mount optics themselves or use a qualified gunsmith elsewhere. It must be noted that everybody else I’ve talked to has been pretty cool; it seems like some staff have left over the years.

Went to pick up my guns everything was good mentioned had a couple sips of alcohol almost 24 hours before and would not let me have my gun ridiculous and everything is way overpriced compared to researching and tacking the time to find the gun you want at the fair price I offered to even take a breathalyzer But I’ll pick them up Monday and I won’t have to worry about this ever happening again because I will never shop there again. I looked at a Smith & Wesson bodyguard for $750 about mine for 450 brand new with built-in red dot laser there’s did not have lasers built in
