We have gone back to them many times for jewelry repairs and purchases. I bought my wife's engagement ring setting from them after buying a diamond elsewhere. They were able to place the main diamond and cut off the prongs for a bezel setting. I requested the prongs be cut off since my wife is a nurse and has to wear gloves. When a small diamond fell out, they were able to repair it within about 2 weeks. I have sold them some junk gold as credit on repairs done. I could not be happier with their customer service. Will continue to go back.

Mr. Donald at Silvermine was able to quickly and expertly repair my engagement ring after the center stone came out of the setting. He was courteous and knowledgeable about what would be best moving forward and the finished ring looks good as new. Will definitely be back for future jewelry needs!
