Tried 2 separate times to come and get my stuff I have on pawn. I came two weeks ago on a thursday and sat and waited an hour for them to open back up at 2 pm, got tired of waiting and left close to 3 pm. I came just now, which is a Thursday at around 10:15 am because I figured maybe they were open in the morning and closed in the afternoon for personal reasons or something, but they were closed. I'm trying not to lose my stuff, but this makes it hard, especially when I don't have the freedom to come when I want because of work.— Samuel Reed, Mar 2024
No help at all. They looked at what I was trying to sell and acted like they couldn't wrap their minds around how it works or how they could sell it. Then the guy helps me take it back to my car after I told him I didn't need help and he proceeds to drop it and dent it up. Not to mention being accused of something they have no proof of. Also, watched the guy sell a knife to a kid that didn't have an ID and claimed he turned 18 that day.— Josh Hailey, Dec 2022
