Chemagne, treaded me like i have NEVER been treated by a salesperson. She was alway smiling , talked to me like I was family. I saw right away , all she wanted was to make me proud of what I had and the changes that were being made to my jewelry , so I could share with my daughter and granddaughters. ❤️ She offered suggestions , which I accepted , wonderfull ideas . I am 82 years old , she did not have to take up so much time to make me happy , but she did 💋. I’d spend a 1,000.00 a day , if I had it, just to visit Carter’s so Chemagne could give that precious attention. From the bottom of my heart , I love and appreciate you . My boyfriend and I loved searching for our rings here! Jordyn helped us find what we wanted, and she was amazing - all of the staff were excellent! It was a very personal experience, and they sought to ensure that we got the ring we wanted for the budget we could afford. Highly recommend!!

The girls and guys at Carters are the very best! They took what I had already and what I wanted and made it even better than I could have ever imagined! My jewelry was designed using all the diamonds from my Momma’s jewelry and they were all as sentimental about designing the perfect ring as I was wanting it done! They also helped me pull off a surprise for my husband’s birthday gift!

Let me tell you with four letters how a negative experience turned into an incredible one. Chae. Talk about an owner who not only hears her customers, but truly cares. As soon as my first experience reached her, she contacted me immediately and not only apologized, but went over and beyond to make things right. She was so heartfelt in her words and wanted me to experience Carter’s the way that it should be experienced, with love, care, and attention to detail. Carter’s created me a very special bracelet to represent all three of my children here on earth and the one that I have in heaven. This bracelet that I get to wear every day is something not only beautiful, but something I truly cherish and know was made with care and passion.
