Went down physically to the store on 17Nov25 noon and the abang seated near the door was amazing and helpful. We were quite lost as it was our first time but he cleared all our doubts with his slow but clear explanation. He made us felt comfortable 😌. The online experience is also user friendly. Fantastic experience for a "virgin" IPM purchaser like me when I first went down to the retail store this past Saturday; the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and providing guidance when needed.
